Thamesh Kerai
After completing his dental degree with honours from Cardiff University in 2015, he subsequently gained valuable experience in general practice and hospital settings across multiple specialties. His commitment to serving diverse communities led him to volunteer as a paediatric dentist at a children's hospital in Cambodia, an experience that deepened his passion for compassionate, patient-centred care.
Thamesh pursued advanced specialty training in Orthodontics through a three-year full-time programme at the world-renowned Eastman Dental Hospital. During this time, he worked as a registrar and successfully completed his Membership in Orthodontics exams with the Royal College of Surgeons of England. In addition, he holds a Masters in Clinical Dentistry, awarded with distinction, and has presented his research at national conferences.
With extensive experience in treating children with diverse needs and backgrounds, Thamesh takes pride in creating a supportive and friendly environment for young patients. He is also proficient in using cutting-edge orthodontic technology, including Invisalign® for both adults and teenagers. His customised approach ensures that every treatment plan is uniquely tailored, as he firmly believes that one size does not fit all.
Outside of the clinic, Thamesh enjoys staying active by going to the gym and playing padel. He also has a passion for travel, continually seeking new experiences and cultures to explore.
